The principle

A magnetic pickup has a specific frequency response, with its own resonant frequency and quality factor (Q). The EXchanger directly affects this response: by shifting the resonant frequency (F), adjusting its selectivity (Q), and the level (L), it recreates the character of other pickup families—from the snappy single-coil to the thick humbucker.

Why the analog?

Because a microphone's signal is already perfect: it doesn't need to be sampled, it needs to be sculpted. That's exactly what our circuits do, protected by our patents — an approach that no one else offers on the market.
